What You Need to Know About Our Terms

These questions cover the rules our players ask about most often — account ownership, what happens if you stop playing, how we handle chargebacks and complaints, and what your rights are if you disagree with a decision we make.

No. Our terms allow one account per person, verified by name, email and phone number. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend all linked accounts and forfeit any funds in them. Use the same login credentials every time you play.

You can close your account anytime from Account Settings > Close Account. Any balance in your wallet is refunded to your last deposit method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) within 3 business days. Your play history stays on file for seven years for legal compliance, but you cannot log back in.

If your bank or DANA/OVO/GoPay reverses a deposit you made to us without our authorization, we report it as fraud and your account is suspended pending investigation. If the reversal is upheld, your account remains closed and you forfeit any winnings from that deposit. Repeated chargebacks result in permanent account closure.

Contact our support team within 30 days with your account number and details of the decision. We review your case and respond with a written explanation within 7 business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you can appeal once more; the final decision is binding under these terms.

Tax treatment of winnings depends on local law and your personal tax residency. We do not withhold taxes; that is your responsibility where applicable. Keep records of your deposits, withdrawals and game history for your accountant or tax authority.

Personal data (name, email, phone) is deleted within 90 days of closure. Transaction history stays for seven years for audit and legal compliance. You will not receive promotional emails after closure. You can request early deletion of personal data by emailing [email protected].

You can withdraw to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS using the method you last deposited with. Withdrawals are verified within 24 hours and typically reach your account within 1–2 hours after verification. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days. Amounts under Rp 10,000 are not processed; minimum withdrawal is Rp 10,000.
